Title: PLEASE HELP ME!!

Okay so I had my friend make a map for me and two other packs, when I downloaded it and went into the portal I was on the loading page and then it just turned black and closed out of FH. I don't know what to do please please please please help me..

First of all, you're not meant to be posting help threads in here.

Does this happen to you only, or others as well? Where'd you place the files?

Maybe you putted some files wrong or some of them are missing, check it.

Try deleting all the map's files, then re-downloading it. Also make sure you're putting everything in the right place. If you're unsure, check for a ReadMe in the download or ask someone with the map, or the map-maker
