Why is registration closed right now? Will it ever open again? I really want my friend to join...

Registration is closed to take it easy on the server.
It opens at random times, you just have to keep an eye on it. c:

If you saw Feral Heart's latest update it said that they need to slow everything down. Because there are lots of users on Feral Heart already, it's hard to watch them all.

It'll come back up at random times, though.

The registration is opened and closed at random times.

Like Alaskan said, they did this to registrations because sometimes more then (I think if I remember correctly :P )   1000+ singing up each day, which in that case would cause the server to lag therefore they had to slow things down a little bit. :)
Theres probably more reasoning then I covered but that's the jist of it. :P
