My friend has waited 4 days to register when will it be open....

Dezi, no one is sure when the registrations will be open. Hopefully, Razmirz might explain a little more about it.

I'm sorry to see that your friend has to wait for too long, but it's the same for everyone. It's just to remain patient and wait until it is open. Check every now and then and you might actually find it to be open. ;3
