Title: South Pole?

Is south pole full or offline, cuz it's not letting me in. I keep getting 'Failed to connect to map server'.

Judging by how the map doesn't show on the sidebar map list, I'm willing to bet it's down. You can get your character out of it by using the Character Reset function here on the forum.

Yes, South Pole is indeed down, the staff is aware of this issue and will be working on getting it back online ASAP

It'll take the time it takes. - I don't know if it's up yet as I am unable to check from where I am right now.
All I know is that we'll have to be patient with these sort of things, there's no need to stress about them. The staff knows about it and they've informed us that they know + that they are working on it.
As mentioned earlier in this thread, just reset your character and head to a different map. :3
