Title: How do you make wearable objects?????

Hey, Silverdragonwolf here. I am new as of 3 days ago, and was wondering, how the heck do you make clothes, jewelry and patterns like some unique people have on? I can't find anything really helpful (no offense) and was hoping someone could tell me how to make and post and wear the items i don't know how to make. Help me please!

First off Emily this is one spot where you can find a tutorial to learn just about how to do/make anything you want in game. I'm sure you can find most of what you look for here:

Here is one for object making which after this I believe you use the item coding one for. Btw I hope this helps because I have never made objects items or meshs or maps myself yet so I am sorry that I can not give you my own explanation for these things:
