Title: HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR MAP DOWNLOADABLE FOR OTHERS?!

I have a mediafire.com free account, and I would like my map that I made to be downloadable for others. So that I can have an rp map, and post the video to youtube with a link to where you download my map at. I do not know how to do this, and I would greatly appreciate it if I got specific step by step directions on how to do this. Thankyou! :)
