You have to use a drawing program to do that like MS Paint or GIMP.

MS Paint may be a default on the computer but here's GIMP:

Also, if you do not know how to make screenshots viewable on your topic:

1. Once you've added words onto the screenshot, upload the file here (http://wwwBannedImageSite), and once it's loaded the picture, right click it > Go down and press 'Copy img IRL'.
2. Go to:

And make a topic.
3. To make it viewable on the topic, paste the URL in and put

[img]PictureURLhere[/img] If you've done everything correctly, you can have a picture showing up.

e.g.
