Title: Can't get onto Bonfire Island.[solved]

I can't log back into Bonfire.

I even made a test character, ran it through the Lonely Cave and then Ficho Tunnel, but when I entered the portal to Bonfire Island, it said, "Could not connect to map server."

Comments? Help?

 Did you try to Re-enter the map again? Sometimes it works the second or third time.
The sever is known for its rejection of floofs, it may be because bonfire was over crowded or just some bad luck. ~<3

Yes, DevarRain, I did try that. It was happening last night when I tried, and then this morning.
But I'll just leave it for a bit and try it back again. Thanks for the advice. c:

UPDATE: I tried logging in again and going to Bonfire and it still doesn't work. I would like to know if I can do anything aside from redownloading the game.

As far as I know the Bonfire map is down for all players. The reason for that, I am not sure of.

Yes, as Eileen mentioned, Bonfire is down. I am unsure about the reason for it being down but I am sure about the fact that the staff has been informed and they are fully aware of the issue. Just be patient and have fun in other maps, perhaps to jump to Sky's rim to pass time. ;3

You're very welcome. As of now I have been informed that the server is unresponsive and they are working to solve the issue, until then the map will unfortunately remain down.

As many people have mentioned, right now, the current situation is that Bonfire is down because the server is un-responsive. It should be fixed soon. ^^

Hopefully it will only be Bonfire for the time being.

Good luck with getting in when it starts back up!

Pssh... Bonfire Island is probably just real busy at the moment. The server only lets one hundred sixty character in a map. So you'll just have to wait until it clears up. :)

Should've checked the date on this thread before posting, dear. ;3 18th October. - It was when whole Bonfire was down for a day or two.

Oh sorry, I forgot to check. :/ And I never knew it was down, I hardly go to Bonfire Island. Too much lag. xD
