Well, for me, I'd have to say when I was walking by a tree and my game glitched. It looked like the tree smacked me in the face..... And Sir Anathema basically summed it up. ^^

one time i was walking around flourite and my charactors walking animation went away for some reason. so i was just moving around in a frozen position all day. it looked kind of strange.

The server kept crashing. Suddenly, I appeared as a random wolf, and i could not walk, run or anything properly, I just seemed to float across the ground. And this wolf was ginger with a black head. Literally. Freaky 'eh? Who has a preset like that?
