Well Thrillex you can start learning how to make a preset by looking here in the Member Made Tutorials section of the forum:

Follow that link and you should see a big bold red heading under all those topics called "Presets". There you will find many links to many useful tutorial pages about how to make presets :)

Of those here is one basic preset making tutorial you can start with:

Also if you don't already have it you may want to consider downloading GIMP:

It is a very useful art program that will come in handy when you start working on presets. It's free to download and totally safe as long as you use the download from the official link there :)
As a side note you could always use Photoshop too and there are many helpful videos on Youtube of how to make Feral Heart Presets if visual aids is more to your liking. Hope this helps & goodluck to you :)

There are five parts though, but in the end, you will be able to make any preset you wish. Just follow the video's instructions.

Sure you can make a preset of Amaterasu :3 Infact there are many other users who have made some.
If you like you can even download them and use them yourself. Just be sure not to run around claiming the design as your own ;) although I am pretty sure you're not that type of person :). Here is one if you would like to check it out :) It might save you the work of making a whole new one from scratch.

If you download it all you have to do is place the files into your "My Presets" folder into one of the empty "preset_1" "preset_2" etc folders then enter the game and on the menu select "Tools" then "Preset Maker" and export it in the "V" option at the top and you should be able to use it in game once you enter the character editor and then select the "V" option at the top and put on your preset on to your character by selecting the preset option from there.

Sorry I don't understand what you mean by that can you maybe rephrase for me? Inside where? Like adding markings under a texture?

Are you talking about in-game items (like necklaces and horns) that some people have? Or are you taking about specific markings or fur textures?

You can add on items when it's been exported and done in the character creator section, if thats what you are referring too.

You have to add specific markings onto the preset that you made (via GIMP or photoshop), and you can just download a different fur texture (realistic) to use if you want to.

There's a Halloween preset contest going on and if you finish your preset before the deadline you can join in on it :3
