Use the "PRTSC" (print screen button.) If PRTSC doent work (like with my computer) it can be changed to a different key in the "tools" tab.

Some people also prefer to use fraps, if that's your style. It incorporates video-taking as well. ^^
It can be downloaded for free, just google search.
