Title: How do you get animations in your message or as your fourm pic?

Hey I've tryed getting animations as my pic for the fourm or in my messages in the fourm but I just can't get it. Can someone who has one or knows how inform me on how to do it? Thanks!  :)

Animations have to be .gif files.
You can probably Google or Bing
"how to create a gif image"
and find out how.
