Title: *PLEASE LOCK*
Post by: JackobLoveu on October 31, 2012, 01:04:09 am: Okay my friend gave me a map but I whenever I reach to Cape I dont see the portal why? What im missing? He told put it Exports,... (I did) Then I thought I was done... But then he told me to download the WinRAR but noting happen! Help?

Try this and tell me if it works

Cfg files go into The FH root folder
Fho files go into objects folders( Unless specified differently in the readme.txt)
Jpg + png files go into feralheart>media>terrain>textures.
Fhm files go into exports

I mostly finish half but im confused.. Where do I fine the Jpg + png files?

As long as your FHM file is in FH-Exports or FH-Media-Terrains, you should see the portal. You can try both of these to see which one works for you.

FHO files go into FH-Media-Objects

FHS/FHW files go into FH-Media-Sky

Post by: CloudFish on October 31, 2012, 01:55:57 pm: There may not be any sky or weather files in that map, you should ask your friend. If they did not include them, you do not need to worry about them.

Post by: CloudFish on October 31, 2012, 04:19:38 pm: Red's map pack is an installer, unless your friend gave you a repackaged version (a zip or rar file) and is only to be used with regular Feral Heart.

If it was the installer your friend gave you, then you need to either move all the files that are placed after the installer runs, or use a zip/rar version.

Open up the media folder and keep clicking on the objects folders until you see things like; acaciabark.jpg, deadtree.jpg etc.

Copy all these files and place them into YOUR FHPLUS/Media/Objects/My_Objects.

Next go back to the media folder in the download and copy all the .mp3's in the sound folder and place them into YOUR FHPLUS/Media/Sounds

But there are already in My-Objects and there stuff in my sound's
