I can't get in to Flourite plains i tried a few times but it wouldn't work, what do i do?  :-\

Fluorite plains is often full at this time (probably the reason why you cannot get in), just keep trying or go on a different character that isn't in Fluorite.

Also, if you're still unable to get your character out, I'd use the Character Reset button (log-in in the main box with the 'Registration Closed, Try Later' and press 'Home' or 'Reset Home' to go to Lonely Cave).

I have another question, how can i change my name (not username)? Every time i change it it goes back to the way it is.

You need to go on Profile > Account Related Settings > 'Name' and type in anything you want > Scroll down and put in your password in the 'Current Password' slot, then press 'Change Profile'.

I reset the home off my character an then did send home. I was able to get on and when i was in Ficho Tunnel A warning came up saying Feral Heart has encountered a serious problem and had to shut down, I tried a few times and it still came up but only after a few minutes of me playing. I have no idea what is causing the problem.   :-\

Have you tried to get in again? If the problem keeps coming up, I'd suggest re-downloading FH.

I tried again this morning after a few mins of playing FH just froze.

Then I'd redownload FH.
It's possible that one of your Virus Protection System closed it down, but FH holds no virus, I believe Norton doesn't like it because it is a .exe file.

Make sure you are completely removing all the FH files then re-downloading.

Also, what protection software do you use?

My mum doesn't think its the security system its something about wine, when i redownloaded FH it came up saying I needed to install something and i did then it said i couldn't because i didn't have the wine geko package so i down;oaded that and then installed the othe thing but it doesn't seem to of done anything.
