Hey Guys, I am new to the game, just made the account today.
I keep getting the message "Failed to connect to front server" whenever I try to enter the game.
My firewall is off, i reinstalled the game and I tried FeralHeart and FeralHeart+ and neither work.
I also had my gf try to log in on my account in case that was the issue, and she was able to log in.
So, if admins or anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, please tell me.
Thank you
Jem Goldenfur

The server is down when it says: "Failed to connect to server" or your internet router had a restart (mine does that alot). Come onto the site and look in the top left corner for the # of users playing. reload the page, if the number is going down, then the server is down or restarting. It usually fixes itself. It also may be a bug. Welcome to FH and good luck! :)

That is not the case, my gf can sign in and play the game at her place. But I cannot play the game at my place.

Does it even let you log on to the character create screen, or does it stop working before that point?
-
It stops before that, I punch in my username and password and while its trying to put me through, it stops me right there.

It must be your internet :/ that's rly odd
and heheheheheheheh lookit my number of posts. srry, wrong minded moment. carry on

I haven't been able to get in and play for months now. I know the server was down but now my friend can get on and I am still getting that error of failed to connect to the front server. Could it be because we have Windows 7? If so how do I fix it? Please help ASAP

For months eh? I would definitely ask Red or a mod about that. Good luck :O

Still not working

Before you log in click options>video>Rendering System
If OpenGL is hi-lited then click the other one(can never remember it's name. It starts with a d, directX or something like that). If (that d on) is hi-lited then click OpenGL. You may just have to change the rendering system. If that doesn't work then check your particle files for anything ending with _0 or _1 and delete it.

Bump, really hoping a Mod helps me at some point

You don't NEED mod, we are all posting possible solutions, try them out, we are all giving up some time to try and figure this out.
