If I download a emote pack will people in the game see them when I use them? Or is it like markings and presets were they have to have it too?

I dont think so, i added a emote myself and everyone said they didn't see it. They are more or less for screenshots and stuff.

If you download an emote pack that the other people haven't downloaded, they won't see it.
