Title: How to lay fast?

How do you roll over immediately, without sitting/laying/side lay/ lean/ roll over? I have seen people do this before and I don't know how.

You use the Z and X keys. z = Stand > sit > lay > legs out when you lay > side lay. X does the same in reverse.

You can also hold shift when you do that, which would change it to stand > sit > lay > laying with head down > curl.

I think what you are seeing is the lag. I'm not too sure how to explain it but there's usually lag in between the actions which would make you see another person roll over in one movement.
