Kuvi's silver fur turned to gold as the warm sun bleached his fur, warming his body. He had been exiled by his majesty for a crime he didn't commit. Ten years have passed since his father was killed but he swore he would never kill his father. Whoever did'll have to pay the price. He wondered if his little sister Taylor was alright, she had been horrified when she found out. She was crying her eyes out. Kuvi couldn't blame her though. Dude, stop longing for your pride, you're exiled. There's no way that they could accept you, even when you didn't do anything wrong or foolish.
Kuvi saw a watering hole nearby and dashed over,accidently landing face-first in the water. "Pah!" Kuvi gasped for air as his black mane was dripping. At least his thirst was satisfied. He sniffed the air; a familiar scent hit his nose, it rang a bell but he just couldn't remember. "Kuvi?" said a familiar voice. Kuvi turned to his right and saw his crush when he was a young teen. "Amaria! What are you doing here?" Amaria's body structure was slender, her fur colour was gold and her eyes showed a sapphire blue. After a moment which seemed like an age, Amaria "Aren't you supposed to be exiled? You're supposed to be outta the Pridelands!"
"Sorry, it's just that how am I supposed to remember which territory's which?" asked Kuvi.
Amaria shook her head in reply and said. "Oh! Someone's a elephant that lost it's memory!"
"Shut up, Amaria!" growled Kuvi,his eyes glowing with amusement. "Oh,you want to be like that, huh?" laughed Amaria. In a heartbeat Amaria flipped him over with her paw on his neck. "How the heck did you get so strong, woman?"
"It's called practice, dumbo." giggled Amaria her eyes shining like an angel.
She's just so beautiful, I'd do anything for her paw! But unfortunatly I'm an outlander,she's a pridelander! Why did this have to happen? Kuvi thought to himself, looking up at Amaria at her sapphire eyes.
