Well, I followed Rimfrost's tutorial, and I did everything she said, but my music will NOT play, no matter how hard I try. The songs are from Apple iTunes, and I changed the ending to .mp3 beacause I was unsure if that is the only file type you can use. I go into mapmaker, type in the group name, and I hear nothing. :U Sorry if I seem rude, I'm just a bit frustrated right now. ^^" Help?
EDIT: Now I'm getting this weird, glitching noise that makes my ears bleed that makes me want to put on a pair of soundproof earmuffs. ;-;

Did you type the group name and .mp3? It hadf to be... for example: Example.mp3

I did it like this (I changed the names of the songs to make it easier):
[Title]
media/music/title.mp3
[Plains]
media/music/plains1.mp3
media/music/plains2.mp3
media/music/plains3.mp3
[Caves]
media/music/caves1.mp3
media/music/caves2.mp3
[Derp]
media/music/bob.mp3
medis/music/derpp.mp3
((Derp is my group file name thingy. ^^)

I meant when you go inside your map, in the box where it says Music or Group file [ Or something like that. ], you need to type in mp3 after you type in the name of the song. So you should type in: bob.mp3 inside the box.

Naw, the file you should type there in that space is the same exact thing you wrote in the sounds.cgf file. So you wrote Derp in the file so when you open mapmaker you must type in Derp under Music (Group or Filename):
For example
Music (Group or Filename): Derp

In the music.cfg file, try typing your map's display[\u] name.
Example:
[Haunted City]
media/music/ambient1.mp3
media/music/ambient2.mp3
media/music/ambient3.mp3
media/music/ambient4.mp3
Try exporting your map then testing it out.
