Title: Can't log in?

I've been having this problem every time I turned my computer on and tried to get onto FH:

I input my username and password, making sure that every number and/or letter is correct, and it looks as if it were to let me in ("successfully connected to server"). But then, immediately after, it tells me that I failed. Each time. ;;

"Failed to connect to the server" you mean? If you're getting that message it may be because of your internet connection. Make sure it has at least a 3 bar connection, better five. Sometimes it also depends what time of the day it is, i connect better in the mornings rather than night time. During the mornings though there are a lot of people logging in at the same time, this can also prevent you from logging in.
