I downloaded the Mac version. at first it kept crashing within the first 5 minutes. Now, it gets stuck on the loading screen and then says there was a serious error and it has to close or it could not connect to the server. I have been waiting to play this game and now i cant! please help

I had this happen to me in the beginning..but it turns out to be my computer error instead of the game. Try to uninstall the game and reinstall it. Make sure you get rid of everything FH related first before you reinstall the game...or Maybe it could be a system error..try to reinstall it first.

Try changing the video settings a bit. If you can get far enough into the game to reach the main menu click where it says "options" then click "video". From there change your settings like so:
-Switch rendering subsystem to Direct3D9 from OpenGL
If changing vid settings or reinstalling doesn't work you could try this download for it instead:

Mac huh?,
I know of a few Mac wizzlets here that may be able to help you.
I'm sure they'll answer your cry for help soon.
Feareh's bit of advice may be your best choice though, heh who knows ^,^

Ok ^^ how do i uninstall?

Go to start, and go to your Feral Hart folder..there you should find a Uninstall option in the folder
Remember, you need to find it by going to Start

I would try Lord's suggestion first since it involves a few changes, then if that doesn't work uninstall it by deleting all the files pertaining too FeralHeart then reinstall it, basically what Feareh just explained e.x XD
Well thats all i'm going to say since I'm not really helping much anyway heh heh -poofs-

I tried everything suggested and it still wont work :(
