Are you sure you don't have the Atlantis portal? If your looking at the mini-map for south pole it should be in the top left corner. If you check and it's still not there then i suggest downloading the patch for the game.

No Atlantis? Are you sure you're looking in the right place? It should be in the South Pole where Bloo said it was, and if you have the South Pole your version is fine. Perhaps you've accidentally messed with the files and gotten rid of it. If that's the case, all you can really do is reinstall the game. Wish you the best and good luck~

Actually, it might be helpful to update; I had South Pole but not Atlantis for a while.

Be on the safe side and update your game.
Atlantis should be really close to the top-right corner of South Pole. :3
