If you don't receive a reply back, you'll probably need to think back on your days and remember whether you swore, did anything inappropriate or behaved in any way that could've meant that you broke a rule.
I suppose it also depends on how long you've been banned for, yet, as mentioned above. This is not to be discussed openly, or even brought into the forum. It should be private between you and the staff.
