Title: Can't sign up?

My friend is trying to make a feral-heart account so we can hang out when we can't in real life, but every time she tries it says "Registration closed, try later" or "403 forbidden" and we want to know why its saying that, please reply.

Registration is, currently randomly opened and closed- due to the excessive amount of people currently registered. So, ya' might have to stalk abit to find a time where it /isn't/ closed. .A.

Well, registration is closed as you can see. I don't know when it will be back up, but it might be back soon.

I get "403 forbidden" sometimes when I'm just searching around the forums. It means something like Internet Explorer can't desplay the webpage :/
It's annoying, but you have to put up with it.....

When it comes to the "403 forbidden" it's a simple and quite common time-out from the forum and it's just to refresh the page in a few minutes.
