Ive downloaded these items and they arnt showing on any of my characters is their a way to fix them? I downloaded and have them Loaded on there correctly they just dont show. I really want to Use them :(

Did you replace the items.cfg? And all the items must be replaced in the correct folder. If you can see them in the menu. but when you click them, they don't show up, it is the files. If you cant see the selections, then you didn't replace the cfg in the main FH file

Always make sure that you follow any "read me" files if there is one because it would tell you exactly where to put everything. All the item files should have gone into C:\ FeralHeart >Media>items and after that just as Sly said open up the items cfg file and make sure those new item codes are pasted into it. Lastly make sure you restart the game once you've installed anything in case you had it open during the install.
