Hello~
Ok, I've just started making presets and really only just started making them with manes since they intimidate me. Well every time I make one it seems to look like it's made of glass... I can't explain it really. Also when I go in water it looks like the mane is still above water.
When I made them I just colour it then put the texture over it. Is this not right?
I don't know if there is a texture I'm missing out or something but it is odd. I could live with it, but it would be nice to have a solider looking mane.

Maybe if you post a picture of the preset mane png file as well as a screenshot of the character's mane in game when you are testing the preset it will give us a better idea of how to fix the problem and will make it much easier to help you Vinny :)
As for that part you mentioned:

Did you make sure to layer it and then mutiply the layer not just paste the texture on?

Ah you can try the mane fix code, it maay work.
