Title: Wearable collar mesh?

I want to make a cat clan where your cat wears a special collar, but I can't seem to find one. Does any know where i can find one, or can anyone make me/teach me one/to make one? Thanks for any help!

Well, you can have a collar. All you have to do is find the body markings, and click 'Collar.' Or do you mean something different?

There is an item for that also, in Ringo and Delay's item pack, two collars
