Title: The Forest of Lights [Public]

:Edit: To everyone having problems seeing all the items, I apologize for not making my own Object files as I should have to avoid this, however, there are a few ways you can fix it, one of them being to copy the .fho files and put them in you my_objects folder /as well as/ your export folder. As long as you don't already have files such as myplants, myrocks etc. in your my_objects, all of the objects in the forest of lights should turn up. I really wish there was a way to fix this problem, but my game always crashes without fail whenever I export a map, and I lose all of my data on it, and I am forced to re-install. Otherwise I would change the object files and re-export it. If anyone knows how to fix the problem concerning FH crashing per export, I would highly appreciate it if you could tell me how to fix it. Thanks again for all the kind words.

Once again, this is a PUBLIC map, and anyone is allowed to download and roleplay here, however, please keep in mind that it was created for CopperWolf1 and their group, so please do not disturb them whilst exploring, thank you, and Merry Christmas!!

This map includes four seasonal sections, a central tree home, and lots of places to explore. It also about 5 camps :3

I got most of my meshes from around the FH forum, from Glave and Wombat in particular, and the WoW converted meshes as well. The rest came from around Deviant Art, and they took quite a while to compile. As for the MODs that I use, I have Naturalistic, Heavenly sunrise and Sci-fi moon mod, as well as a Silver Interface MOD I made myself :3

The problem with the map is that Genesis9 didn't put the downloaded meshes into a new group.  They put them into the default groups casing most of the objects to be invisible to the players.
Genesis9,  when uploading objects into the object maker be sure to make your own your groups.  To do that all you have to do if type in "whateveryouwantthegroupnametobe* in the box where it says, "Group" below, "Name".

You put everything in exports once downloaded, unless otherwise, and restart FH if it is on/running. Then go to the Cape Of Distant Worlds. Where you will find your portals lined up on the longest part of the island/penninsula.

For the ones who are having the missing meshes problem:

- Go to Forest of Light's unzipped folder
- Copy all the FHO files
- Go to C:/FeralHeart/media/objects/my_objects
- Paste everything there and replace if needed
- Open FH and go to the map, the meshes are supposed to appear again

I think that if FH ever updates again and new maps are to be added, you should be in charge of making them. Your maps are always so gorgeous.

But I have a question, "Where are all the houses?" I can see all of those gorgeous rocks and trees, but I can't find any of the houses, and one of the reasons why I downloaded this was because this map had houses.

And it's weird, because I downloaded your Dark Moors map, and I can see all the houses in that map just fine.

I think you can find it around the Forums .3.

Sorry to hear so many of you are having trouble accessing the map! I'm pretty sure that if you just wait a day or even a few hours, it will clear up. The same thing happened to Pride Lands a few weeks ago and i'm not really sure what is causing it >3>

Whenever I try to log on to one of my characters, it says "failed to connect to map server. retry?" but no matter how many times I try again I can't get on :/

Just press the character reset button on the top right corner on this website.
And you should post this on the help section, not here.

I had to re-download the map... and the objects aren't showing up. I did everything you told me to do on the front post, but nothing's working. (And by re-download, I clicked on that download link... again. For some reason the only objects with the download were default, my plants, etc. The basic ones... any help?)

You either need to copy and replace the .fho items (it will effect whichever map you installed first) OR you can copy the .fho files and place them into your my_objects folder as well as your exports folder. Should sort things out with any luck.

I used to have this ma;, but I had to re-download it. Every time it only gets the normal object files and not the others I need. I also tried to re-download it many times. How can I get this to work. XD

What I would suggest is re downloading the map. After that go to Local Disk >> FeralHeart >> Exports. Then put all the downloaded files in there. Hope this helps dearie.
