I know, I know, the registrations open and random times and stuff. But if you DO see them open, please make this account for my friend? (I will change password afterwords.)

Please do not ask for things like this, it would mean someone, or in this case.. a lot of people would have your account info.
Which isn't very good, as they can log on to your account and get you banned whenever they want to.

Like you said yourself, registrations open at random times. So please wait.
