Title: I can't log into the game?

So, when I try to log into the game, a message will pop-up. It says "Incorrect username or password" yet I put in the same info from here. Is because I'm new or because I'm not entering the right information? Sorry if this was asked befor eor something but I couldn't find it. I'm probably just being really stupid or something. Thanks for any help. ^^

If you're having issues logging into your account, I suggest you read here. (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=6120.0)
It is possible that your username or password is too long. When it comes to Passwords, I am sure that it's around 16 characters.
That includes . , / - | etc as well.
