Title: "Forgot my password" but Fh does not let it!

Can someone, please, explian me why the forgot password is not working?

First of all, this should be in Game Help. Second of all, I think it closed because of the registration. Third of all, If you're Ban dont write it in public, PM a Mod or admin.
Another way you can write a different password is clicking Profile.
