hi boys, i am new in this forum. i want ask you when open the registration? my sister wants to join the forum of feral heart and wants play with the characters! please! why the registration is closed? why is casual? why isn't open as before? please! do you want open the registration of feral heart forever as before? and don't any longer casual as now?

Either way, the registrations do open at random times. It's been open quite a few times this month, we just don't know during what hour of the days.
Keep in mind that they are only open for approximate 1 - 2 hours a time.
