Title: PLEASE help me.

This is my backup account. But my other account has been hacked, I think. It says incorrect username and password but I KNOW that it's right. And before I got the 15 minute ban thing, I tried logging in using this one, and then I got the 15 mintue ban. So it's saying I entered it wrong ALL those times and I know I didn't.

I think noone hacked u maybe its just a glitch or something...

Are you sure that your caps lock was off? If it is, log into the forums on that account and reset your password.

Wait out the 15 minute ban. Try once more and take your time with pushing each key. If it indeed does not work, try resetting your password. If it still doesn't work, then unfortunately you will have to wait for registrations to open up again.

Ressy once said that if your in-game username is 15 or so characters long then it won't work. I'm not sure how long yours is though

Try to reset your username or password if you are still having troubles. or you can just wait and make a new account when the registration is open.

Actually, the approximate character limit for the username is 16.
Count your characters and if they are above 16, you'll need to create a new account.
When it comes to the characters..   .,~[]()| etc, counts as well.
