Title: Can someone convert my item .Mesh?

Hi, i made a collar for a friend in blender. The problem is, i dont know how to convert, i can only mesh, can someone conver t this to a .Mesh please? also, can someone tell me how to texture it?

i'M VERY new at blender only started a few days ago, any help will help alot :3  This is my first item, bit not first model. I can make good wolf heads so far. My first collar C: Should i make more?
