Title: Feral Heart closes when i try to reach Cape

It doesn't freeze or anything it just closes. It started when i downloaded the map Ember Island and i got rid of the map but it still wont let me  ???

This is a frequently recurring glitch, there are many threads asking for help on this. You could always look at them for the answer.
I'd also recommend resetting the character using "Character Reset" which can be accessed here from the forums.

I think you should re-install or Reset your character.. To do that login in to the Golden box, and click where it says 'Character Reset'
