Ok,

How do i make ocean in ONE certain area?

In the mapmaker, under the tab " objects" there is an option that says "New Water". If you click on that, you get this bit of water. The same thing with standard rocks and meshes, you can change the X and Z. The Y doesn't do hardly anything. Hope this helped.
