Title: Looking for a height map

Anyone who can make me a height map, please do. haha I'm wanting to make just a simple map for me and my FH friends, but I'm wanting some hills and things. And of to one side of the map can you place a lake?

Also could you please explain how to get it in to Map maker so I can edit it?

i ca't mak ethe map :/, and you can just wach on youtube how to use map maker XD

I know how to use map maker. I just don't know how to once you get the map made, to get it into the map maker. If i can get it there I know how to do it.
