I just made an account and I went to make a character but I couldn't get into the character section! Please, tell me what I can do!  :-[

What do you mean you cannot get on the Create a Character section? Could you connect when you tried to log in? Were you crashing?

When I open up Feral Heart to play I can't log-in to that. I know I typed it exactly right. I don't understand how it worked here but not there. Like I said, I just made the account so I haven't played yet, I really need/want to get on.

I have a feeling your username is too long, I think the game will only allow a maximum of 16 characters. Not sure if the same goes for passwords.

Ok, because I have 18 characters in my username. I would try to register again but registration is closed.  :-\

I'm afraid you may have to wait for registrations to open again. I'm not sure if it's possible but maybe you can ask an admin to change your username.

Hi! i have the same problem, but i dont know how to fix it..
Is there a way i can delete my account and register again? My user name is Snowflake the Joker, and thats more that 16 characters....

Or should i pm an admin? and, how do i do that? please help me, i really want to do this game... :)

Try to post a new post when you have a question. Aside from that you should do exactly what was stated here already dear. If none of the suggestions above work and you have to contact an admin you can follow this link and private message one of them from there:

Oh, yes ofcourse. ill do that next time. And yes i read it and i have been checking for the registrations to open for a longtime, but they are always closed...
I think i am going to ask an admin if i can change my name.
