Well I have installed Tearless's markings pack. I have had ot for months and I am even using it at this fey moment! Yet my friend is using her thylacine marking and I cannot see it on my friend. Dafudge is going on here and how so I fix this?

Would she happen to be wearing a different marking to you?
If so, that means her markings are in a different order to yours. The amount and order of markings you have installed will effect the way others see markings.

No she only had the Thylacine marking on... and I saw no markings on her whatsoever.

I believe Ingredient also was asking if she is also using Tearless's marking pack like you and not a different marking pack that just has the same markings like Tearless's. If it's a different markings pack with the thylacine marking it could be coded differently in her marking.cfg file hence why you're not seeing it (as Ingredient said). On the other hand are you seeing her character just in it's plain colors with no markings at all or does her character appear base white without texture etc?
If she is indeed using Tearless's marking pack maybe try reinstalling Tearless's marking pack yourself in case you missed something in the process of initially installing it.

She told me she was using Tearless's marking pack. We both were Thylacines at the time so I also had the markingon. And she was just her regular character colors.
