Title: GAME PROBLEMS PLEASE HELP ME

So,i am new in this site,today (07/01/2013) i create my account,and downloaded the game.

When I first tryed to log into the game, a message appeared saying: You have been banned for 10 months 23 days 5 hours and 14 minutes

Can anyone help me with this, I've never played this game before, I just created an account and already I was banned without even playing!Please,solve this problem quickly,i want to play this game so bad!

You are not allowed to discuss bans, any problems with them should be PMed to a mod. Even if it is incorrectly done, it could still be for a reason.
