There isn't really an official one, but Oukka's TEC Marking Pack (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=22971.0) (you'll need to scroll down a bit) has a massive amount of markings from different creators, compiled with permission, and it's pretty widely used, so more people will see your markings correctly.
