ok for some reason i cant log into the game it keeps telling me that my password or username is incorrect but that cant be possible because i can log into the site but not the game and another thing i have also have a second profile that i've been trying to log into but it says the same thing so i tried to do the password reset but when i put in the code it says it's invalid what going on hear please help me!!!! :'(

First of all, this doesn't belong in Game Discussion. I'll move it for you.
Secondly, you can try changing your password, but I doubt that will work in this case.
You should go ahead and re-install the game.
