Title: still cant log into the game

i've been trying to log into the game for a while now but it still keeps telling me that my password or username is wrong

OK so i ask this question earlier and i got a answer but it didn't really help i tried re-installing the game but that didn't help i don't know what to do or why this is happening i really like this game alot and i was really getting into it can someone please help me or give me some suggestions?

If you haven't been able to log onto the account before, such as it being a new account, it could be that your username is too long.
I believe the maximum characters for usernames is approximate 16 characters.

well thats the thing i have another account (shadow wolf270) but i cant log into that account i tried resting the password but when i put in the token it says its invalid and i already tried this a lot of times and it still says the same thing......WHY!?!?

This might work, I'm not certain though. Try making a new account without any spaces in the username.
