Title: Stuck on Water Mill map? "failed to connect to map server. Retry?"

I have FH+ and I was in Ficho Caverns and went to Water Mill. Now all I see is the Loading screen and after a few minutes it says, "Failed to connect to map server. Retry?" This has been going on for about 20 minutes and I can't do anything. I have another character that is currently set in Bonfire Island, so have been playing on that one for a bit but my main character is stuck in Water Mill.
Any advice? Can anyone help? It would be much appreciated!

Hmm,I know your problem. ;) This kinda of happen to must users. Anyway, you need to Reset your character, in order to do that, log in the golden box, and after you did that.It would say, "Character Reset".
