I can tell you how! All you do is go here >http://tinypic.com/index.php (http://tinypic.com/index.php)  Then you click choose files which will go directly to your picture files (If not you can go go there yourself). Then you double click or just click the picture then click open. After that you click "Image" for the file type. After that click upload now. When thats done, you click the ''IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards'' Which should be the second link down. You copy that and post it like this > (http://i45BannedImageSite/15ucep.jpg)

Then your done. Hope this helped ^^.
