Title: Preset Help

When im making a preset, i start off with the base image, then add the fur texture, but when i add the fur, it makes the colors appear way darker. How do i stop this?

I believe the reason to this would be because fur textures also add shade to it.
I think you'll need to go with a slightly lighter color to prevent it, though, I cannot be sure as I'm not the best preset maker.

What I've done a few times before when the fur texture darkens the preset too much is go over the fur texture with white at a low opacity to lighten the texture its self a bit before layering it to the actual preset. It usually helps alot.
