Title: Mind making this? (newbie to presets]

I hope someone can do this:

The glowing eye, is supposed to glow in the dark and don't worry bout the tounge, She[Doll] is a border colllie.

I'll make it for you, i just need to find out how to do a glowing eye. All i need to know is what colour is the eye going to be?

Cause my GIMP was being a derp i am a little on delay but i just finished the head, eyes and mane. I couldn't do the white splodge on da mane just to let you know. Is it ok if you don't have the white dot on it?
