My friend could not stay up late enough to wait for the register to be open, so I decided to do it for them. When it did open I added in the info they wanted it to be and it said account was created. That was bout a month ago, I reminded them of feral heart today. When they tried to get in it was not working. After many guesses, we both clicked both forgot password and username just incase and it said the email is not connected to an account. So I went into the register page curious (when registration was closed). I typed in the username and name I knew I used then and it said those were available. When I typed in the email it said it was in use. I dont know what to think now, its in use but not in use at the same time? Please help us.

Did you go into the email that you registered that account with the day you created that account? It's possible you didn't open the email that was sent to click the account's activation link. If anything you might have to contact an admin about this or just wait until registration opens up again and register for a new account.

As Suragaha has pointed out, after creating your account, straight afterward you should have had an email saying to confirm it. In alot of games you always need to activate your account to allow information to be passed on into an account; this could include:
Who messaged you.
Who added you.
Who emailed you.
Etc etc etc.
There is another common problem that sometimes affects your account, sometimes if you've just created a new email account, you find an email sent by default from Hotmail asking to first ACTIVATE your email account. It has a little green shield on it that shows it's a protected and official email. To clear your new made email you are to open the default emal and then doing so activates your email account.
