Title: Friend's game wont download?

Well, from what I heard, when she tries to download the game it stops about midway, and saying part of the download is missing, or was never downloaded. I dont know if she tried a second time or not but she tried both torrent and normal download options atleast once. She was attempting to download the normal feral heart, not the + or the update. She does have an account. Any help is appriciated.

Has she tried turning off her computer and turning it on again?
Or turning off antivirus programs while it's downloading. She can also try running the browser she is using as an admin.

This sort of thing happened to me too.
It could be internet connection problems.

She can try to uninstall the first FH and deleting any folders/ files that go with the game then downloading a new one and installing it that way. Hope that works for you.

Make sure her firewall isn't stopping the download, same with any anti-virus programs. Maybe try using a different internet browser to download the game setup.
