Hi, my name is Little-Ginja-Phoenix. I'm just new here.

I've encountered a issue where I am unable to log into the FeralHearts application. I have tried the caps lock check and I did not use the numpad for any numbers involved and I've checked to make sure I am typing in the correct information. The message I get is 'incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts....)'

I have read the information given on the big help thread and also, some posts which are similar to the issue I am having but the information given has not worked for me as of yet. Could the problem be because I put hyphens in my Username? Or is this problem something a little more global?

I am going to say that the issue is a global glitch with some of the new joiners. Not the first thread I have seen. PM a mod or admin about the issue so they can help fix it or send a public message about what it going on.

 Do you have any special characters in your username. Sometimes when you log it, the game doesn't recongnize it and it derps out. If you seem to still have trouble, try doing a "Reset Password" and see if that works out. I know I heard recently that the game has been alittle glitchy with newcomers joining in. Here is a trend you might find helpful

If all else fails, try contacting one of the staff members. They should awnser you in a one day period.

I've checked all those login help hints but sadly none of them seem to be working. My user name has - in it so maybe this is causing the problem. I can't change my username though...I'll see if I can PM a moderator.

yeah it's that - probably, but not 100% sure on that one.
